Linux/Win95 installation for large disk

I encountered some troubles during installation Windows 95 and Linux to the different partitions of one HDD (16Gb). The problem is that I need more then four partitions, and some of them should be greater then 8Gb.

Here is the steps, which solved the problem.

First, I used Win95 fdisk (OSR2, which is important!) to create primary partition 1 and to set it active. No problem if this partion is less then 7Gb. For bigger one I was able to partition and format, but Win95 installation fails.
Next, create extended partition, and assign all available space for it. If you need large Windows logical drive, then create it here (10Gb was successful).
Then, boot Linux 2.2.x kernel (important), and use Linux fdisk from recent util-linux (2.9v made job for me). With this fdisk you may create all Linux partitions (including swap) as the extended ones.
